Entre muchas otras intervenciones y personas creativas, Seba y el equipo de Club Popular y Natural nos dieron el espacio para transformar un patio de balneario en una huerta y jardín, lleno de flores nativas, árboles frutales y canteros de cultivo.
Nuestro trabajo aquí fue diverso: desde la instalación de huertas integradas en bancos y mesas, hasta propuestas de paisajismo regenerativo, donde convertimos distintas áreas del predio en canteros florales y pastizales.
El jardín refleja una visión distinta sobre cómo puede ser un espacio gastronómico, su relación con quienes lo visitan y su vínculo con el entorno.
Our work here has been wide-ranging: from creating a kitchen garden that works as benches and tables, to developing regenerative landscaping, turning sections of the site into flower beds and natural grasslands.
The garden reflects a different vision of what a hospitality space can be—rethinking its relationship with guests and its connection to the surrounding environment.
