Escondido a las afueras de Piriápolis, está el centro de operaciones de Forajida, donde además de tostar café, venimos creando un espacio productivo junto a su equipo.
Con el objetivo de producir alimentos para la cafetería, armamos dos invernáculos, protegidos entre la vegetación nativa.
Hace unos años, este sueño arrancó con unos humildes canteros. Hoy logramos una producción abundante de verdes, hierbas, tomates y muchas más verduras, que cada semana bajan al local, además de alimentar a la familia.
With the goal of supplying fresh produce to the café, we built two greenhouses nestled among the native vegetation.
A few years ago, this dream began with a few humble garden beds. Today, we harvest an abundant variety of greens, herbs, tomatoes, and many other vegetables that are delivered to the café each week—while also nourishing the family.
